I’m a forward deployed engineer focused on deploying AI in complex enterprise environments. Most recently, I led North America delivery at Parloa, a voice AI startup, where I joined as the founding U.S. FDE and helped build some of the world’s first large-scale inbound and outbound voice AI implementations for enterprise customer experience.

I speak and write about the power of AI as a force multiplier, both for businesses and personal productivity. I have a background in startups and started my career in management consulting.

I’m now a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer at Reflection AI, which is building open super intelligence.
